Ho Chi Minh Trail

After being so long beside the coast, it was time to hit the mainland of Vietnam, and see this amazing part of the country too! The Ho Chi Minh trail originated at the end of the 1950s. At that time, it was the most important logistical route for the Vietnamese army, as it was shrouded in the jungle, and practically untouchable. Now, it is a road that connects Hanoi and Saigon, and on this road, you can see and experience the authentic Vietnamese rural lifestyle. Not to mention the dense jungle and wonderful mountain peaks at every corner!
